IPA -  The Institute of Public Administration is Ireland’s only public service development agency focused exclusively on public sector development.

"Our existing room booking and managment system was build on legacy software and hardware which was becoming harder and harder to maintain and support. We really needed something that was more functional, reliable with a modern UI, easily acessible that everybody could use and reduce the current admin overhead."

The IPA contacted us, after trialling our SaaS room booking system BOOKMEETINGROOM.COM. They found it's utility to be very close to what they needed, except that they had a very bespoke set of detailed administrative processes and controls that were outside of what could be accomodated within the public SaaS BOOKMEETINGROOM.COM service.

After a few meetings with the stakeholders, we had a detailed inital requirements specification to begin the new custom build as a standalone web application.

Within two months we had their new cloud based room booking system in place ready for the new academic year including API access for reception display screens.
